PDS Corp. utilizes a powerful business model which allows you as a VAR (Value Added Reseller) to generate streams of Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) from your existing client base. As a channel partner or VAR, you can have your own exclusive territory with PDS within which only you will be able to offer PDS’ services. PDS will not sell our products or services to any other VARs in your territory.
How do we get started? The steps are listed below:
1. We help you to sell the solution to your first customer
Once you have identified an interested party, we set up a conference call or web conference together with you and your client so that we can describe our products and services to your client. You learn on that call and on the follow-up calls how to sell the solution. After the initial presentation we have a Q&A session with your customer to answer all questions and concerns posed by your client. You become familiar with common questions and responses.
2. We generate a Preliminary Design Plan and proposal
The next step is for you to provide the address of the client's location and required details of the site. This step sometimes includes a follow-up call with the client to establish both client and services provider objectives. At this time we create the PDP (Preliminary Design Plan) and provide a proposal for your client that details the Scope of Work and services to be provided. This proposal will show the client the cost of installation as well as the monthly service fee.
3. We guide you through Acceptance and Installation
Once the client accepts the terms and signs the service contract, we go to the location with your deployment team and train your team hands-on in the proper deployment and best practices of our technology. This process teaches your deployment team how to best deploy and utilize the technology to maximize the efficacy of the solution.
4. We test the solution and begin monitoring
Once the solution is in place, we conduct “penetration tests” of the perimeter or restricted areas. We review the policies set forth by the client and begin monitoring.
Now we’re ready to send you a check every month for each client that we monitor!
