Greg Edelman, Chief Executive Officer is responsible for developing major accounts and establishing sales relationships with dealers and integrators. His near-term objectives are to develop a plan for leveraging the technological capabilities of these entities for Perpetual's use and benefit and to implement a strategy to bring additional major accounts into Perpetual's customer base.

Mr. Edelman has been a highly skilled Electronic Security Specialist with over 15 years of experience and is considered an expert in Advanced Surveillance System Design.

As Founder and CEO of Perpetual Video (1995), Mr. Edelman's company was quickly recognized as a technology leader through nationally published trade magazines and major accounts such as, United Parcel Service, Citigroup, JPL NASA, Universal Studios and Certified Partner TYCO USA. Because of Mr. Edelman's unique and innovative approach to security solutions, Security Dealer Magazine (SSD) published Mr. Edelman's article on the 10 Steps to Success in the CCTV Industry in July 1999.

In 2004 Mr. Edelman sold his company to Global ePoint (GEPT NASDAQ). As Vice President of Business Development for this company, Mr. Edelman negotiated several national and international OEM deals through major distribution. Mr. Edelman also privately branded a Digital Video Recorder for (Richardson Electronics, RELL NASDAQ) as the Perpetual National DVR which was distributed and sold worldwide. Mr. Edelman's command of technology development and the unique relationships he has established in the industry will play an instrumental role in the implementation and success of Perpetual's Strategic Business Plan.
